Default How much MP should I be getting?

6a 160 hp cs at 4500 ft, 2650 rpm, 4000da what should I be seeing ? I'm seeing 24 mp. Am I in the middle of the standard range ?

What was the altimeter setting on take off? Subtract one inch per thousand feet.
