Skyview, SL30, PMA5000EX wiring question

I am installing an SV1000 Skyview along with an SL30 and a PMA5000EX audio panel.

I have not been able to find anything specific about the wiring connection between the three of them. I am looking for a diagram or information to hook up the headphones (to the SL30 or PMA audio panel?) and also the audio panel does not really show a stereo headphone hookup for audio right AND audio left input from the Skyview.

Does anyone have this similar setup and maybe some answers.?
