Torque for Metal Locknut

The torque guide Van's provides in the manual is for standard AN style nuts (AN365, etc...) It doesn't address the MS21042 style metal nuts. Anyone have a guide for those?

According to this reference, they would be the same for both style of nuts if true

Torque specifications do not address the torque drag of lock nuts. This must be measured by measuring the amount of torque required to turn the nut without the nut being seated.
The procedure is the same for all lock nuts, metal or nylon.
