Default Advanced Flight EFIS Fuse Size Question...

For those of you running AFS EFIS's what size fuse did you use? The fuse size recommendation in the manual suggests 3A but the load shows 2.5A. Isn't that cutting it kind of close?

Thanks,

Matt

The AF-5000 system manual shows a 5 Amp fuse, at 12V it uses about 3 amps.

The AF-4500 system manual shows a 3 Amp fuse, at 12V it uses about 1.7 amps.

Thanks Rob,

I am using the AF-4500 and in the Manual v7.4 it shows the power requirement at 12 volts to be 2.5A (Page 69) which is where I got that number. Thanks.
