Default Targa Strip Glue

I installed my canopy with Sika Flex and it worked great. Now its time to attach the aluminum Traga strip and I don?t have any Sika Flex left.

Any ideas on another type of glue that I can pick up at the hardware store that wont damage the canopy and securely fasten the targa strip?

(I have searched the archives and couldnt find an answer. Also Sika Flex isn?t available locally and it will be about $50 to land a tube here)

Thanks
Wayne

Lexcel (look in the caulk section at your local hardware store) is an adhesive that many have used with good results around plexiglas.

You might google it and see if it has the properties you need.
