Great customer service from Andair

Just wanted to publicly thank the guys at Andair for some outstanding customer service. I had a pump from the VAF group buy a few years ago, but when we went to run it for first engine start, it was misbehaving (hydraulic lock, no back pressure relief, popping fuses)...probably due to having sat for so long without any use and any preservative or lubrication had dried up and gunked things up. My DAR inspection is scheduled for Sunday, so this put me in a bind. But...a call to Andair, and they overnighted, from the UK, a brand new pump. No cost, no questions, no hassles and we'll deal with the return later.

New pump installed, working beautifully and we're back on schedule for the inspection! Thanks to Owen and Paul at Andair for outstanding, rapid customer service!
