Default Oil Filler tube for an O320

I have an O320 in a 4 that I need a new oil filler tube for. My current one was made from a longer one with a modification in length and is about 9" long. My Mattituck 360 had a one that fit perfectly in my RV8 but I don't have a part number.

Anybody have an idea of a part number? The old one is cracked.

Thanks
