AN912-8D Reducers in Accessory Case??

I have an o-360 with the single "dual" bendix mag. I think I've found the correct fittings to put into the accessory case for the oil cooler lines. I was going to use steel AN823-8D and a AN822-8D. The 8D fittings fit the hoses correctly but my accessory case has 3/4 inch holes, not 3/8 like the 8D fittings.
So I was going to use AN912-8D Reducers which have 3/4 outside threads and 3/8 inside threads. Do I use Permatex #2 between the reducer and the accessory case? Is there an O-ring with this fitting (MS-295-12-10)?

No O ring. sealant on the outside of the reducer bushing and sealant on the outside of the pipe threads only on the AN822 or 823. Hose is installed dry-no sealant no o ring.
