Dallas trip: Part 2

I got a few emails asking if my son was the kid on Channel 5 after connecting the last names from my first post. Yes it is. He is the weekend Sports Anchor on NBC 5, Matt Barrie. Many RV folks in the Dallas are were aware but we always have new blood on here.

In fact, another RV connection is Alex D's Step son (I think it's his step son) and my son have worked together on some broadcasting stuff.

Finally, I'm proud to announce that Matt won 4 Emmy's Saturday night bringing his total to 10 while in Dallas. Most importantly, he won the two that are most coveted, Sports Reporter of the Year and Sports Anchor of the Year.

Yeah, I'm proud. Proud of the fact that he doesn't need to call and ask me for money anymore

We have $4.69 100LL and a dozen RV's on the field... A courtesy car, Awesome BBQ, Seafood, Tex-Mex etc. Even a Best Western across the street if you need it. Come see us.
