Default Painting powdercoat with Jet Flex

I went with JetFlex WR on my interior and am considering painting my seatback support and roll hoops to match. I'm curious about whether or not it will hold up with use over powder coat though. Any thoughts from the experts?

Default Removal of powder coat

I had my stuff redone in another color but mostly because a lot oi the original stuff flaked off.. The place I had it done had to send it out and a removal process of the old powder coat prior to replacement of the new color.

My thought is to scuff up the existing powder coat and paint over it with JetFlex WR, though I'm not at all sure if that would be a good idea or not.

For the archives, in case someone else decides to do this. I scuffed the powdercoat and shot it with JetFlex. It looks great and seems as durable as the rest of the interior. I will report back if it proves fragile.

Scuffed mine and shot Imron over it. Five years and no issues.
