Default Small fastener needed, any suggestions

I will be attaching a fuseblock plate that will swing down from under my panel. The forward end of the panel will attach via hinge to the baggage bulkhear forward of the fuse panel. The aft end of the panel will attach to the bottom of the instrument panel.

I am looking into the fastener to use to attach the end of the fuse panel to the underside of the instrument panel. I would like the fastener to have a low profile knob that would remain attached to (captured) the fuseblock plate when it is open.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

A camloc perhaps? These are very low profile. Available from Milspec Products.

Use one of the winged camlocs that Van sent you for your oil access door on your cowl. You don't want to use them there anyway.
