September 2012:

Zell am See LOWZ (Austria)

http://www.flyvans.com/wordpress/ind...l-am-see-lowz/

Had no luck in finding decent RV lapel pins at Oshkosh (or anywhere else as a matter of fact)... Wanted simple, yet elegant RV pins for business (and a wedding) suit... So ended up having 5 custom made from Titanium for about 100$ a piece by the same guy who did our wedding rings. Sorry, all sold.

On the way to LOWZ, nice groundspeed with a little help from the tailwind.

Alphorn player on the center square

Decent Austrian food, Schnitzel with lots of gravy

Very nice place with a decent GA airfield.

Great photos! It's good to see you out enjoying your toy. Thanks for posting; you have a completely different set of things to see than we do on this side of the pond.
