Oil Line Fitting Torque

What is the proper torque value for a -8 oil line fitting, steel (oil cooler - engine block) to a steel fitting (engine block side)? Or should I use a number of flats after snugged up? With Loctite 567 if that makes any difference.

Where is the best place to find this type of information?
