Default Paint scheme software recommendation

Guys, I'm going to get a model of my RV-8(A) made. It will serve as inspiration and motivation for those times when building (or finances!) is not going so well. I shall provide the model company with photos of other RV-8(A)'s, three views and my anticipated paint scheme and they'll work something for me.

Here's the thing: I have my paint scheme on paper (using printed three views and coloured pens). Anyone recommend some good software that will allow me to reproduce the paint scheme on the computer with ease? (I don't want to scan in what I have: tried that and the scan isn't as clean as I'd like).

Cheers,
