Default Can I store my elevators on their leading edges?

We are building a new house and in the six month interim between moving out of our old house and moving into our new house I need to store my airplane parts in a mini storage. I don't have much space but I am able to hang the counterbalance arm/weight over the side of a shelf and place the elevator leading edge down on a towel on a shelf. Is this OK or is the elevator heavy enough to bend/mishape the leading edge when stored in such a manner? It seems fine but if someone has experience to the contrary please let me know.
Thanks!

Default worked for me

I stored mine that way for a long time - no problems.

Default Yes, You can store as suggested!

If they can't handle this storage method, you have more problems.
