Question Trig TT22/TT21 transponder display backlight?

Questions to those of you using a Trig tranponder (with its own 2.25" round hole control head, not remoted to a Dynon):

I didn't see anything in Trig's documentation about the display having a back light. So...

- Does the display have a back light?

- Is the back light adjustable? And if so, does it automatically adjust the brightness by sensing the ambient light level, or is it manually adjustable?

- How's the display readability under full sun? And at night?

Thanks,
-Roee

Yes, the LCD display is backlit, a cool blue color. No manual means of adjustment that I know of; don't know whether the backlighting is automatic based on ambient. The display is very readable in full sunlight. I haven't flown with it at night, but in a dim hangar the display is very readable.
