Default Exhaust header Lug wear issue.

hey all.
During an oil change i noticed that the left side exhaust header lug seems to be wearing. there is significant movement of the lower part of the exhaust but not severe enough to warrant securing it.
has anyone seen this type of wear before?
can just the header or lug be replaced or the lug welded?

curious.
thanks for the help.

RV-9A, 350 hours o-320, standard vans exhaust

left side with lug wear. bottom part of exhaust moves up and down. i added another safety wire to add extra security.

right side no wear or movement.
