Wing walk doubler

What happens at the rear spar where the inboard wing skin and wing walk doubler overlap? At the outer edge where the doubler ends there must be a stepoff - is this an issue? I am just getting prepped to rivet the wing skins. Does anyone bevel this at all like the overlap between the wing skins?
