I bought a used Electronics International tach on VAF, and not unusual, some of the wiring stayed in the original aircraft.
I looked up the isolators that I needed on the EI site, but just before ordering them, inquired as to how they worked, wiring diagram etc.
Next thing I got was a note from Tyler Speed saying some free isolators were in the mail to me, and if there were any questions about the installation, to call for free support.
When there was a chance the kit was being shipped without my postal code, he just sent a second one!

They really seem to care a lot about their customers as well as their own company's reputation about their products and support services.
