Default Removal of Prosealed tank access door.

This could be a tip if I had actually tried it and it worked. So I guess it's more along the lines of an idea (and it may not even be original). If not, I apologize to whomever may have poluted my dreams and kudos to their brilliance!

Embed a small diameter piano wire (or maybe safety wire) in the proseal bead in a manner similar to the silk thread on the case halves. When you want to reenter the tank, you pull the wire out with a couple of pliers, cutting the seal.

In my mind, this would work perfectly... but then I have been using a lot of MEK lately.

It's really not needed. I have removed many plates that were installed with proseal. Simply take a sharpened putty knife and tap it into place under the plate. Use light taps with a small precision knockometer (hammer) going around the plate until at least 2/3 around. The plate will then peel off.
