The whole volunteers corps won't be there but there will be enough of us to handle the early birds. We spend most of Thursday and Friday setting up (cones, row markers, fences etc) and break away to park the occasional arrival. Arrivals average about 1.5/ hour on Friday. You won't have any trouble finding a spot.
One note for those considering early arrivals- if you come on Friday (or earlier) and you are not volunteering or otherwise part of the war effort, you are really just a PITA and in the way. Every year I talk to people who come in 2 days before the show opens and complain that there is no place on the field to eat. No kidding. You really need to factor that in to your plans.

PITA!!!
Wow, looks good, Gary. Now I'm gonna have to change mine, because it simply says, "PITA."
So...the ground volunteer may think I'm calling him/her a "PITA" so I really should change it!

Louise, my firewall here at work filters that link, so I'll have to check it at home. But I think I know what it says.
