Default Power Tug

Does anybody have any plans for building an electric power tug?

Something like this?
Sorry, no plans but a few pointers on where I got the parts.
Total cost about $400.- and mine is set up to use the old aircraft batteries.
It's a great project if you suffer from BWS (builder withdrawal syndrome)
