Default Mounting Conical Mount Lycoming

The RV3 I bought less engine has the old engine mount bolts. Each bolt
has the old bushings and TWO of the large 1/8" thick washers. My question
is: Is it customary to use two of the large washers with the second one
going against the flat surface of the engine mount or is the mount itself
serving as the "second" washer? I am installing a 0235 where there used
to be a 0320 so having it forward and extra 1/8" may be an advantage
but as I recall my Colt only used one washer and the other bushing just
compressed agsainst the engine mount.

Thanks
