Default Blue Sea USB teardown

I accidentally pulled open my blue sea USB panel mount and here are some pictures.

More pictures here: http://www.rv8.ch/blue-sea-usb/

It seems to work well, but have not checked EMI/RFI.

Was the 10 amps measured as the input to the panel plug or the output to the phone/ipad devices?

I just bought an RV10 and am going to install 2 of these and am interested in CB sizing and wire sizing. 10 amps to the devices at 5v would be only about 3.5 amps at 14v provided to the jack, or about 4.1 amps if draining the battery at 12v.

Thanks for investigating this for all of us.
