There's no other way to extract it other than to drill it out. Don't grind; you're more likely to mar the baffle skin. If it's in the inboard bay (I don't remember which way the flanges run), you can reach in and put a bit of masking tape behind it to catch it; otherwise it's shake, rattle, and roll.
