Here's a pic from a bit north of here taken yesterday, funnel cloud formed and baseball sized hail reported.


A few minutes ago, we got a Severe Weather alert for here. Buildups are forming over the Elkhorn Mtns just to the west. Better batten down the hatches.

I hope it is nicer next week when I plant to fly to Washington for the Great Northern Air Race III. I may allow another day and consider allowance for an end run over El Paso.
