Default Superior Customer Service is Superior

So this is the email I just recieved from Superior:

Hello David,
We would like to use a thin walled counterweighted crankshaft without
the counterweights on your engine. This is the crank that is in the
200HP versions. It has no disadvantages and all of our shops are
currently using it in their engines. It actually cost more but no
additional charge to you. We have had a supplier delay issue that has
made the normal shaft we use unavailable for about 12 weeks or longer.
We did not want to use it without first telling you about it though.
All of the engines and kits sold in the last 45 days have been using
this shaft instead.
Brent

I love it! I call it Superior Customer Service from Superior!
