Race To Ridgeland, 5 May, 2012

For those of you in the southeast, the 5th annual Race to Ridgeland is next weekend. Check on our website: www.racetoridgeland.com for details of the three main events, the 125 nm handicapped race, the spot landing contest, and the helicopter candy drop for the kids. All this will be at Ridgeland Airport (3J1), Ridgeland, SC, beginning with the first racing aircraft across the starting line at 9:00 am. The race rules, route, and safety information are all on our website. Trophies for fastest around the course and for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (as handicapped). Same for the spot landing contest. Food and beverages will be available and lots of flying all day. Please join us!

There was a race at Galvaston near that time but they said that there was some scheduling conflict so it was dropped for now. Hope you have a great turn out.
