Need Facet 40108 fuel pump installation instructions

Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the facet fuel pump installation instructions? I thought I received one with the pump, but can't find it, and would like to have it in my records binder. Also couldn't find it by searching the web. Thanks.

I have 2X sets of instructions that came with my Facet 40109 pumps. They don't appear to be specific to the specific model of Facet cube pump, so I would bet the same sheet is shipped with the 40108. I'd be glad to fax or email you a copy, or snail-mail an original.
