How successful does this work on a -6 or -7 slider, or does it only work on an -8?

Default Recommend Secondary Ventilation Stop

I have the Mike Zeller Latch in my RV8A and use it about every flight. Also installed the secondary stop to provide a taxi ventilation position for the canopy that I use more than the one behind the pilot's seat. Usually have someone riding in backseat. Do not see why this would not work in a side-by-side for ventilation position..

Default Video Linky.....

Couldn't view Bob Ellis' youtube video showing the latch operation (the one referred to on the flyboy site). But, I found Matt Dralle's

Cool! I'll be getting one!

I love this thing. I finally installed one, and can't believe I went this long without it. Vince has a list of hardware on the webpage that you'll need--be sure you have it in the hangar, or order the few small items from Spruce (you'll need everything in Vince's list).
