Faulty Facet??

My electric fuel pump showed a pressure of 15psi the other day and when the engine caught on startup, it ran very rough... When I started the engine with the pump selected off all was fine.
Has anyone had this happen? I thought these little Facet pumps were very reliable... mine is about 4 years old.
