Question Albuquerque shared hangars - long term?

A newbie question here...

Are there RVers who use FBO-run shared hangars in Albuquerque? I'm trying to sort out whether it would be feasible to hangar an RV in a shared (FBO-run) hangar, either at KAEG or KABQ.

The reason I ask is this - the FBO-managed shared hangars have less expensive rent, but then the question comes up of where I would do maintenance or have maintenance performed. If the RV is in its own hangar, there's no problem, but I doubt I could do so much as an oil change in an FBO-run shared hangar.

Edit: this post will make more sense if I explain I'm planning to buy a flying RV (9a? 6a? 7a?) in the next 12-15 months... I'm not looking to rent a shared hangar to build an RV
