Arizona Airpark Lots for sale?

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a small lot with taxiway/runway access on an airpark in Arizona available for sale?

I'm moving my RV8 project to AZ from Canada in two months and I'm having difficulty finding what I want. I'm now considering building new hangar/home somewhere suitable. I have been looking at SkyRanch and Deer Valley mostly so far. Houses are a bit much at SkyRanch and the waiting list is a bit long for DVT (but my deposit has been mailed to get on the list).

Any help and or info in this regard would be appreciated.
