I like the guy about 30 seconds into the video, checking his chart while flying 55 feet off the deck at a couple of hundred knots.

Those are Mirage jets and that is a Hind. You'll find all the rest of the videos plus a bunch more here http://www.patricksaviation.com/aviation_videos/ Especially look for the F14 Fighter Fling videos. The top rated ones are usually the best, but be WARNED - these are all HUGE files and you *need* a broadband connection to download them and play them.
