It is not uncommon to have a little bit of oil canning but usually not with the .032 skins on the HS. I would still suggest that it is a non issue.
In "the olden days", there where folks who would heat the skins artificially and rivet them in that condition so they would be as tight as possible when they cooled. Not sure anybody is doing that anymore, or if it really made much of a difference.
I would think it would be hard to put a skin on too "loose", even if you tried.
