Default Plexi Bonding

I want to bond a small chip of plexiglass back into the canopy. What's the best adhesive that will soften and bond the base material for the best joint. I don't want merely topical sticky stuff. Color or discoloration in the immediate vacinity of the joint is no matter as it is hidden. Also, thin viscosity would be nice as the piece is not entirely broken away; it's a bit of a crack that can be spread at one end but is still attached at the other.

Tip: don't lean on a cleco stuck through a canopy hole into the frame.

I used Weld-On #10 with good results. I think Van's carries it now. Made especially for plexi and is structural. They also sell other varieties to fix cracks.
