Default HUD

Just read a blurb in an automotive magazine from the Consumer Electronics show that Pioneer will be coming out with a very good moving map HUD for cars within the next year.

Any of our electronics gurus hear anything about that???

Don't you know about the HUD available for the RV?

Ha! Love it.

The best part of being goofy is hanging around the perimeter at Oshkosh and just watching and listening to folks as they first take a look at my panel. Inevitably people first smile ... then look puzzled ... and then they laugh.

"Whoa ... dude's got a HUD in there ..."

That makes it all worthwhile.

I'm pretty sure I read that MGL is developing some sort of experimental HUD. I guess time will tell.
