There are times in life when one happens to do business with a truly outstanding company and I found one. I sent our Hooker harnesses back to the factory to have the attach fitting-to-adjustment buckle lengthened. On the 6's and 7s with electric flaps, the buckle is squeezed between the flap motor housing and the seat back so it needs an extra three inches or so.
Scott at Hooker said to just send them back. When I received them back within a week with ZERO showing in the billing amount and another ZERO in the UPS shipping column, I couldn't believe it! Furthermore, they weren't bought new but I found them on this site two years ago!
