Default EU-ETS

This is a question for our European RV'rs. In my day job as a corporate pilot, I am dealing with the EU-ETS (emissions trading scheme) which is a ROYAL P in the A because of volumes of paperwork and expense that far outweighs the benefit (There is no benefit to us, just to the EU governments)

My question is this. Do owners and operators of small aircraft in Europe, RV's or any other type have to deal with this ? I know that there is a lower weight limit, so the question is also about any future requirements that you folks may have heard about.

I ask this, because I might one day want to bring my RV over there, but if the paperwork weighs more than the airplane, I would not. (BTW, I have lots of crossings in lots of kinds of airplanes, and planned correctly, it would not be that big of a deal for an RV)
