Paint Compatable with Canopy

Hey - starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel for finishing my Canopy - which is the last major project I have until I'm ready to move the plane to the airport for final assemble.

There are a few places where I'd like to paint the inside of the canopy black.... is there any special paint I should use that is compatable with the canopy plastic (note I do not have a spray gun... these areas are really small and I am just hoping to use a foam brush).

I painted the top of my -6 canopy in 1993. It still looks good today.
I tried many kinds of primer and nothing worked.
Finally I just scuffed the plexiglass with Scotchbrite and sprayed Jet-Glo directly.
It's painted on the outside but the inside looks just as good.
