Default Torquing Lower Engine Mount Bolts

I have an IO-360-M1 already installed, anyone have the easiest way to torque the lower right engine mount nut below #3? The oil tube base casting really gets in the way and even a crows foot isn't easy. I just did the shim for sag so I'm re-installing the bolts.

Box end wrench normally works fine.
