Default Pictures from the commute

Was fortunate to be able to commute to work by RV a few days this week. The timing has worked out to catch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening.

Morning fog near McMinnville, Oregon.

Just north of Salem, Oregon looking west at the sunset with the Willamette River winding below.

Just before pushing back into the hangar at the end of the day with the moon overhead. Emulating one of Dad's post-flight rituals by tossing my hat on the prop. "Cheated death once again!" he would say, I think Mom always hated that!

Flying makes the work day just a little better, thanks for the pics.

"cheated death" wouldn't go over very good at my house. but when I get home from most flights, I proclaim, I am ALIVE! because that's how I feel. I might have to start propping my hat(fleece beanie this time of year) also.
