Tru Trak Autopilot
I have the GX Pilot installed on my RV-10. It never did work right from day one. So I finally got around to calling Lucas at Tru Trak. He had me run a few test on the ground and it still was not working. He had me send it in which I did with my RMA #. They Recieved it on a Friday fixed it, shipped it and call me all on the same day. They offered to pay ground shipping back but I opted for overnight for Monday so there was a small fee. But they did fix it for free. My hat goes off to them. This is excellent customer service. Now the AP works great and I can not wait to take it on a long trip. Thank you Tru Trak!!
