Default SkyRanch at Carefree, AZ advice request.

Hi all,

I'm moving my RV8 project to Arizona in a few months. I am considering SkyRanch at Carefree to base my airplane.

Are there any comments from anyone familiar with this airpark for me? I know there are no continuous circuits permitted, which seems a bit odd for an airpark.

Thank you in advance for any advice you pass along.

Cheers.

I sent this on to an RV7A pilot who lives there so he will most likely contact you in a few days. I believe he is out of town for a couple of days. Larry

This isn't that odd - some airparks (ours included) have a "no touch and go" policy in order to keep peace with surrounding neighborhoods. The price of living close in to a city.
