Default New 10 builder

As of 1/30/2012, I am no longer just Ed... I'm am now Ed, Builder #41347.

My Empennage is being crated up as I type this.

Now, all that's left to do is everything. I still need to decide on which tool kit to order, but I'm leaning towards the full Isham kit.

Also, should I prime, or not? (JUST KIDDING!!!)

Default Way to go!

The building journey is awesome - you won't be dissappointed when you look back at what you have accomplished when she's done.
Good on ya!

Default Welcome!

Welcome Ed, and congrats on starting your RV-10 build. It's amazing to hear that your kit is number 1347. Tha means that Vans has sold 113 RV-10 tail kits since I ordered mine back in late February of 2011. That's an average of over 10 RV-10 tailkits a month! Looks like there could be a whole lot more of them in the air in the next few years. I guess we'll be in good company!

Default 10 build

Ed,

The 10 kit is great. Before building the 10 I built 2 RV8's. Although there is more to build with the 10 (bigger airplane), the 10 is a much better kit and easier to build than than older RV's.

Pat
