1/8" hole, 1/4" to edge = 2x diameter from center of the hole to edge. If that is what you have, you are good to go.

Default Looks good to me.
I called Vans many times very early on regarding edge distance questions like this one. I always got the same answer. "If we designed this aircraft with 1/32nd inch of safety tolerance no one would complete one." Looks good, build on. If you want to feel better, call Ken Scott at Vans.

Thanks guys. I talked to Gus at Van's this morning. He said it's fine and to build on. He mention that being off 1/16" wasn't critical at all on stock that thick.
