Default Primer and Rotec TBI

I have an overhauled O-360-A1A for my RV-8. I'm planning on installing a Rotec TBI and am wondering if I should also install a standard fuel priming system. If I switch back to a carb if the TBI doesn't work too well would a fuel priming system be necessary then? Wondering what other carb/TBI users have done. Also, I'm planning on installing dual P-Mags if that makes a difference for this.

Thanks,
