Default Radio issues

I thought I had a problem with my new radio not modulating the carrier.
It was not modulating the carrier because... I was trying to use my 25 year old DC 10-40 electret mike which had given up the ghost. I was becoming frustrated until the epiphany of "Hey, why not try a different headset?"
Geesh...now I can start the Dynon D-60 install and maybe fly in the next couple of days.

Default Oh Hi Mike...

We have been flying Miss Sandy, only this problem cropped up last Sunday.
The plane flies like it's supposed to (Hands off), just these little nits every now & then.
I'm installing the Dynon D60 this week as the wx has been rather lousy here in NE Georgia. We have about 6 hours on the test period since first flight. The wx has been the biggest problem however I find some days you fly for an hour and work on some issue for 5 or 6
Blue Skies,
