Default Clarity Aloft service?

Recently my headset has static in the right ear. Jiggling the wire attached to the right speaker seems to make a difference so I assume a broken wire/connection is taking place.

Has anyone else experienced this? Anybody know if CA will remedy this for me?

Default Call them

I sent my headset back three times with broken ear bud wires. Each time they repaired it and charged me nothing. And these are over four years old!

The last time they put a slightly different ear bud on. Hope it has a better wire connection. So far, so good.

Default Broken Wires

Same deal for me. You guys must be really rough on your headsets; it took almost 3 years and 600 hours for mine to wear to the point of needing replacement. They came back quickly - basically just shipping time. I was told next time (they'll be out of warranty by then) it would be about $50 to repair. We'll see what actually happens when the time comes.

Clarity Aloft called me about the headset I sent to them. They want to replace the right ear speaker. They said there would be no labor charge but the part is $75. I love the headset so I agreed but I am a bit bummed I didn't get the outstanding service mentioned above...
