Default Cessna Split Master Dimensions

Anyone have the "suggested" cutout dimensions for the Cessna split master (with bezel)? It looks like it is designed to be a pressure fit with the bezel installed, so there is some ambiguity as to the exact dims.

I'm seeing about 0.75"W x 1.4"H as the proper cutout. Does anyone have the "suggested" dims they can share?

Thanks,
Scott

Just installed mine (red split master switch from ACS). I don't have any suggested dimensions so it was file a bit/try, file a bit etc. The final cut-out for a nice snug fit is 1"13/32 x 11/16. Hope this helps.

Hi Scott,

The cutout we use when having them laser'ed is:

.78" x 1.4"

Which still might take a wee bit of cleaning up, but it's worked pretty well for us after dozens and dozens of those.

Cheers,
Stein.
